Terms and conditions:

   1. Every order is full completed within 21 days – There is no need to plan your purchase and order a couple months in advance.

   2. Minimum orders start at 8 pieces with a minimum of 4 pieces per style across the sizes – There is a possibility to check our products.

   3. The delivery cost will be covered by Mama i Ja for the order with price above 900 euro

   4. Two payment methods are accepted:

      a) bank transfer, which has to be completed not later than 1 day before sending date;

      b) cash, directly in the company agent in Wroc³aw

  5.  Mama i Ja will deliver free advertisement banners with each order, which is above 15 000 euro.

  6. Only complaints (quantity and quality), which are reported 7 business days from the date of receiving is respected.

  7. Wholesale purchases are non-returnable unless the cloth is faulty. In this case we will replace the products.
